Wooden fountain pen
Impressionism – an art movement that transformed the way people looked at painting. Instead of academic realism, artists focused on capturing fleeting emotions and subjective impressions, painting nature and beauty through light. Luminous colors, the absence of sharp edges, and the richness of emotion in these paintings continue to captivate everyone. Our pen made from chestnut burl follows a similar mood. Red dominates the body, while blue prevails on the cap. What clearly refers to Monet’s paintings are the dark points with a beautiful yellow glow — a “halo” — reminiscent of black stars. The colors around these points seem to swirl, forming bands and appearing highly dynamic. It feels as if the pen is alive, sending extraordinary energy along the body and cap. To soften this dynamic color palette, the section was made from blue resin and fitted with a silver Jowo nib. If you are looking for emotions captured in an everyday object, this pen is well worth reaching for.
