Ebonite fountain pen - faceted
Swirl ebonite Mexico – We chose a limited ebonite block called Tundra to show how the wrapped facets can highlight the striped structure of this material. The successive layers of purple and green ebonite with this grinding show fantastic arcs and contrasting colours. By moving the pen we can observe the change of colour and subsequent colour stripes. It is worth paying attention to the perfect fit of both parts of the pen, so that the pattern from the barrel smoothly passes to the cap and every time we open and close the pen the pattern is preserved. The section is made of the same ebonite and has an excellent Jowo nib. Finally, it is worth mentioning that ebonite is a very pleasant to the touch material and gives a feeling of warmth, so holding the pen will be a joy.
